Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Security and Damages

Maid for Home shall not be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damages. Customers will be provided with candidate verification details, photographs, and necessary documentation. Customers are advised to exercise due diligence in safeguarding their belongings and valuables.

2. Service Charge and Replacement Policy

Customers are required to wait for a minimum of 15 days from the date of service charge payment for the assigned maid. The same waiting period applies when requesting a replacement.

No refund will be provided once the service charge has been paid.

3. Transportation Charges

Customers are responsible for all transportation expenses associated with candidate deployment and replacement services. Any transportation costs incurred during the replacement process must also be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds shall be issued after payment of the service charge. Customers are encouraged to carefully evaluate their requirements before confirming the service.

5. Profile Selection Registration Fee

A registration fee of ₹3000 is applicable for our profile selection service. This includes sending 3–4 suitable candidate profiles to help customers make informed decisions regarding their domestic staffing requirements.

6. Expedited Services

For services completed within a 4–5 day timeframe, a minimum service charge of ₹5000 applies. This charge ensures priority processing and faster candidate placement.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By availing of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Maid for Home reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms at any time without prior notice.
